when do you ladies generally test with opk?
im using CB digi (normal opks are just a disaster for me, im so rubbish!) and i have been testing at 2pm everyday as it said not to wee for 4 hrs beforehand. ive heard of people testing twice a day tho, am i covering myself enough by just doing it once? and does this time of day sound ok?
