Best way to lose weight?

Hi all! Just wondered what is the best way to lose weight.....I cant exercise more than around 30 minutes a day due to my back condition, I have been on 1700-1800kcal a day and around 35-37 grams of fat a day but it just doesnt seem to be shifting anymore.
I lost 5 stones little over 3 years ago after a year of struggling with the weight loss i got there, now i have 2 stone left to lose and its come to a halt :( any ideas of boosting the weight loss again? I cant really cut down on more calories b/c i get dizzy and exercising more if difficult specially when im in agony

you could try weight watchers or slimming world. Slimming world doesnt count calories you are just encouraged to eat good foods in higher quantities.
 
Try myfitnesspal

see if your eating what you think you are, can easily be wrong.

if not, try changing things around abit, if dont already cut out white carbs, reduce soduim, up water, fruit, veg, protein.
