Hi all! Just wondered what is the best way to lose weight.....I cant exercise more than around 30 minutes a day due to my back condition, I have been on 1700-1800kcal a day and around 35-37 grams of fat a day but it just doesnt seem to be shifting anymore.
I lost 5 stones little over 3 years ago after a year of struggling with the weight loss i got there, now i have 2 stone left to lose and its come to a halt any ideas of boosting the weight loss again? I cant really cut down on more calories b/c i get dizzy and exercising more if difficult specially when im in agony
help!
