BF mummies, how often for feeds?

Just wondering how often your LO feeds and for how long? katie wakes upa t about 9.30 and feeds for between 40mins and an hour. at 11.30 at the latest she feeds again for about 40mins, then has some baby rice (she's eatin the lot now!) she has about 15mins then feeds again, today it was for an hour!

if we're lucky we get to 3.30, then its another 40 mins, 4.30 she another 40mins, then baby rice then another 40mins to an hour of boobie!

she'll then feed from 7.30ish til 8.15 or 8.30 when she goes to sleep!!

does my baby feed a hell of a lot????

Hi hun, Alfie feeds about every 1.5-2 hours for about 45 mins at the minute and is cluster feeding in the evening still. He wakes 1-2 times in the night for a feed. Not sure if he's goin thru a growth spurt cos he was goin 2-2.5 hours durin the day last week

Bren still nurses ever 2 hours. Right now while he is a bit ill, I have been trying to get him to nurse more often.

My baby fed like yours Alice until he started eating solids, except he also had a 9 oz bottle of Aptamil hungry baby every morning and get fed in the middle of the night!

I remember one day having him out at a breastfeeding club and the wee monkey didn't feed at all- he went 4 HOURS without a feed, it was weird.

Tabs eats all the time too, she wont go over 2 hours, i've started to give her rice and she's so much happier. Before she'd feed for over an hour wake up after 15mins want more...

lol katie barely sleeps in the day, its such bloody hard work!

Amelia feeds every 2hours still and is up 2/3 times at night (she goes to bed at 7pm ish)
She is poorly right now so is up every 10/15mins!!!
