Bfp, almost 5 weeks gone after mc in September... Excited but so nervous!

Well I'm back again...
What a miracle, I caught on straight away after my second mc in sept.
I'm absolutley elated but so scared.
Haven't spoke with dr/midwife yet but hoping I can have early scan as that's what the EPAU suggested when I last saw them.
12 weeks seems like a lifetime away...aarrrgghh

Yes I'm over the moon although this is my 3rd pregnancy this yr now and I'm just praying everything is ok...
I'm stressing about every twinge... Sounds like a silly question but does it hurt sometimes in your lower stomach when you sneeze ?!?
