BFP today

Can't believe I'm writing this but after a missed miscarriage in October I took a pregnancy test today and it came back positive!! Am feeling really wierd about it all though. Have loads of questions going through my mind like -What if I miscarry again? What if the ERPC I had didn't work and that is why I got a positive result? I had I think 1 AF after the ERPC. It is all a bit hazy as there was quite a lot of bleeding. Am not quite sure how I will get through the next 9 months if I am pregnant! Just wondered if anyone else is in the same situation at the moment?

I thought I might be but just got Af today congratulations! My Dr advised me to wait a cycle and it looks like you did that so that's great! Either way, women go on to have healthy pregnancies. I think the chances of you miscarrying again right after are low. Wishing you a happy and healthy 9months. I hope the joy outweighs the worry

Congratulations and I hope you have a h&h 9 months. Conceiving after a loss is a scary thing and I think I was quite worrisome throughout the whole of my rainbow baby pregnancy, it did get easier as it progressed. Just take each day as it comes and enjoy being pregnant!

Congrats lovely!!! Its natural to feel scared, I will definately be the same when I get a bfp again!

Its something completely out of your control so just enjoy every moment of being pregnant, Im sure you will go on to have a healthy little baby!! xxx

Thank you to everyone who has replied. Am going to do another test tonight just to make sure and then book myself an appointment with my GP to see if I can get an early reassurance scan as I think that will help!

Unfortunately I ended up having another miscarriage. A scan yesterday confirmed the miscarriage is complete. So it's back to square one again. Am gutted.

I'm in shock to be honest. Because it happened so soon after my first miscarriage I don't feel like I have had enough time to grieve after my first loss and now I have another loss. It just feels really unfair and I was so hopeful this pregnancy would work out and now I'm back to square one again.
