Hi my friend named her boy Ezekiel which at the time seemed a strange name for a tiny baby... but it really suits him now and his friends at school call him zeke.

Biblical names are completely of preference first and foremost to me also

From this list I really like:

Azriel God is my help. M/F -- for a boy
Elisha God is his salvation. F -- love this, if my bby girl wasn't Anna from day 1 I'd have considered this, I wished I could fit it in her name somewhere but it doesn't go :[
Ethan Firm, enduring. M -- really love this and i don't think it will be so popular in our kids generations!

From your list, my favourites are Elijah and Julia although I don't dislike any of them!

I would say Azriel would also suit a girl. Only cause on Facebook there is game and one of the females is called Azriel.

Julia is very elegant...


Avah is a city in the book of kings... i just didnt have the guts to spell it with H on the end

reuben is beautiful and so is Micah for a boy
