Bilateral Uterine artery Notching resulting in restricted growth

I was diagnosed with this notching at 20 weeks so was called back at 25weeks for anotehr scan and unfortunately it stilll remains, my little one has grown albeit small (bout 2 weeks behind!).

Has anyone had anything like this? i am now being asked to go back a week today for another growth scan and am scared that things may be getting worse!

Would love some help, info and maybe some success sotries, xx
