Birth Certificate

hello ladies,

wondering if any of you can give me some advice....

i have made the decision for my childs sake to put the fathers name on the birth certificate.... when baby is born does he have to come with me (my ex) to enable me to put his name on the BC or can I put it on without him?? he wants it on there... I just dont wanna c him unless i have to.

If your not married then Ye he has to go with you if you want him on it.
I had to take Jayden's daddy with me because i felt would be better to have him on it, like you said, for the babies sake.

Yep.He has to come with you..

Mine will also have to come with me as he's on the BC

Yeah, if youre not married he will have to come with you. If youre married you can go alone and still put his name on x
