i was just wondering when you make a birth plan with the midwife? is it round about now

There has been no mention of it from my midwife yet i thought it was around 34 weeks!! i could be wrong!?!

I'm nearly 39 weeks and my MW hasn't mentioned it!
I think you have to ask if they can go through it with you.

My consultant told me you fill it out yourself, then she'd go over it when she next seen me.

BIRTH PLAN LOL, dont do one cause its jus gna go out the window in mine i wanted no drugs and water birth, cause of complications i gt every drug and an emergency c section, im not tryna scare u jus lettin u kno u cant really plan these things wen babys ready he or she is ready and u may or may not be able 2 get the birth u wanted but wishing u all the best x

ur mw should go thru ur birth plan with u at ur 36 week check up but its a good idea for u to think about it before hand and do ur own research on pain relief so u can ask plenty of questions when its time to make ur plan, my advice is to make a plan but keep open minded

it only hit me i was gonna have a baby when my waters broke

i was the oposite to u soon as i found out i was pregnant i was looking up on pain releif and had already decided on my birth plan at 4 weeks haha

u don't do it with the mw - just do it yourself

Last time my midwife visited me at home at about 36 wks to do the birth plan, this could have changed now though.

Try to stay open minded about your birth plan as giving birth can be unpredictable, so don't get upset if it doesn't go to plan.
