I came across this website whilst doing some research on slow labours and baby positioning in labour etc... and thought I would post it here as it has some helpful sections about emotional preparation (which I've linked it straight to) and some things to think about that might help prepare for labour and birth, regardless of where.

Thank you. There are some great questions on here to help women identify what it is that they would want from the birth of the baby, and what fears they might have, and how they can be examined. Really good, as it is such a personal emotional experience.
