Bishops score of 7 and a show could labour be soon?

I've had two big plugs come away over the last two days. Had an internal today and I'm 1-2cms dilated, have a soft mid/anterior cervix and am 4/5ths effaced. Could I be ready to go by myself? When my second daughter was born, three hours before I went into labour from the induction gel, I was completely unfavourable with a closed posterior cervix.

sounds like things are heading into the right direction ... Each pregnancy and each labour can be completely different!!!

It may just happen fingers crossed
