Bladder infections after cerclage?

So I am 17 weeks pregnant and I had my cerclage placed at 13 weeks. This is my second UTI since.

I'm a complete wreck because I'm getting closer and closer to the mark where I gave birth to my daughter and had to say good bye.

Does anyone else have history of getting uti's with a cerclage?
