Blanched nipples :(

I'm having a tough time with blanched nipples. DS has a possible upper lip tie and a shallow latch but it also happens when I'm pumping and it hurts so much and feels horrible having a freezing nipple

What can I do to stop it? There's no bf support around here so I can't speak to anyone in person

sorry i cant offer advice but have you tried creams or anything? Lansinoh is great and where i am its available on prescription x
