Bleeding after C Section *TMI*

Sorry for the TMI but I just wanted to ask... I bled for about 3.5 wks following DD's birth and then it stopped. Since then I've bled on/off - more likely bloody discharge and not enough to wear a proper pad. Does this sound normal? I'm now 5 wks pp. Thanks. X

I'm 4 weeks 2 days post partum and having the same so I think so!

I am day 13 and I stopped bleeding 4 days ago and for 3 days its was bloody disscharge like xx

I am day 11 and still bleeding, some days it's of medium heaviness and other days there's enough to only just need a pad. The health visitor told me I could bleed for up to six weeks xx

Sounds normal to me. I'm 3 weeks 3 days pp and have only just (last couple of days) been able to stop using pads. Using pantyliners now as there is still a little.

I bled the most for the first 3 weeks, then it tapered off, but I still bled for like 2 months. I was told totally normal, so it was annoying more than anything. I'm 4.5 months pp, and started my period at 3 months (have had 2 so far).
