Bleeding after stopping mini pill

So I hadn’t been on any form of contraception in a little over 5yr, had a period start March 27th and on March 30th started taking the mini pill, I’d been taking them for 5 days and oh told me to stop taking them it’s time to try for a baby, I then started bleeding on April 8th, would you guys class the bleeding on the 8th of April as a period or go from the one in March? I’ve heard the mini pill isn’t great at stopping ovulation and I was having ovulation cm on April 6th and 7th the couple of days before the bleeding started, with me only having it in my system for 5 days I just really don’t know what to expect from this cycle is it possible i could have ovulated around the time the bleeding started? I know no one can give me any definitive answers but I’m bored of asking myself these questions
