Bleeding and cramps

Hi everyone, Looking for some advice...

This is cycle day 16 and I ovulated on day 11 or 12 (positive smiley face on my digi test on day 11 (friday) and not positive on day 12.

I have had bad pains and cramps in my back since yesterday and last night (dpo 4) I had some light bleeding when I wiped and quite a lot of clear cm.

Could this be early implantation or is it too soon?
