Bleeding :/ Help ladies.

This is my first post on this site, I hope i'm posting in the right place. I've been lurking for a week. I found out i was pregnant about 9days ago, I should be nearing 10weeks now, I have a bit of a jelly belly already. So, on monday evening, I had Intercourse and on tuesday when i woke up i was bleeding very lightly, it's now sunday after noon, and the bleeding has got far worse, it's no longer a light pink but a deep red colour, and a bit heavier. I have no cramping just slight twinges once or twice on both sides of my hips, I also experienced a few mild shooting pains up my lady bits. I'm very worried, but I cannot go to the doctors as it is a sunday, and I acctuly haven't told my mother or even been for a pre-natal yet as I am only 16 and really basicly don't have the strength to deal with my own mother right now (I have mild depression and my mother isn't the best person in the world ). I'm very confused and any advice would be greatly apriciated.

I don't want to Read and Run but I would suggest you go and get it checked out ASAP.. It wont help that your stressing about it.. Sorry I can't be more help

i agree, go to the doctors first thing this morning, tell them it's urgent. They'll be undertanding and will be the best people to advise you. I have my fingers crossed for you. Let us know how you get on. Xx

Oh sweet, so sorry you're dealing with this alone. Firstly, bleeding is common in the 1st trimester and doesn't necessarily mean a miscarriage is inevitable.

I had it in 2 out of 4 pregnancies, and it never came to anything. It may well stop in a few days and the pregnancy continue without a problem. As the other ladies have sadi tho, you do need a check up. The only way to be certain you are ok is to check your cervix is closed and the baby is fine on a scan. Let us know how you get on and PM if you need some support - I hate to think you are still quite young and have no one to give you a hug when you need it most xxx

Thank you so much ladies, I got the guts up to phone the doctor. Hes made arangements for a scan and check up, he said he thinks it's probly somthing to do with my cervix bleeding as it sounds like fresh blood and there is no clots. He said any pain or clots, Phone straight away. Other than that rest, drink pleantly of water and do NOT use a tampon. So I'm going to trust him even though I'm being such a worry wart.
