Bleeding

Hi

I have pcos and due my period today.
Anyway 1 week ago I got a very faint bfp and tested everyday since ( ooopppps) well I started spotting couple days ago but It was nothing. Well today I went loo after being up couple hours and lost a biggish bit of dark brown watery blood.
I got few niggles but nothing big and easily forgotten about .
I've got epu appointment Friday but untill then it's a waiting game I'm expecting the worse and I supposed by end of day I'll know how bad bleed is.

Bit question is has anyone bled like this ( not spotting) and all been ok?

I had a really bad bleed at 6 weeks ... it calmed down and was quite on and off after the first initial “big” bleed but I couldn’t even have a scan until week 8 so was driving myself nuts! There were clots in ok and everything so as you can imagine it didn’t look good from what I was seeing...

When I finally got to have a scan at 8 weeks everything was where it should be with a healthy heartbeat!

Blood doesn’t always mean it’s bad so try not to worry (hard I know!!) ... xxx
