bloated and cramps today but no af yet

so if my cycle actually stayed normal this month then the witch is due today.the past 2 months its ranged from 32-42 but normally is 28 days.last week i had spotting for three days and a bfn yesterday.today im feeling kinda bloated and slight twinges like af cramps want to be there but not quite yet so i dont know wether this is a good sign or af is just playing hide and seek again
