Blocked nipples and milk flow

I'm 35 weeks now and just started leaking colostrum. However, both my nipples have some little black patches on them (first noticed them after I weaned my son 3 years ago). I'm afraid they will reduce the amount of milk that can flow out and affect how I breastfeed my daughter when she's born. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything I can do about it?

I don't think it sounds like anything that would stop your flow. If you are worried about it, grab some lansinoh and massage your nipples a bit very gently to move any blockages that may be forming the black dots. If nothing moves I think you will be okay.
