blood numbers? what do you think?

I know these numbers are like 2 wks old, but I was curious about them, just keep forgetting to post about them. I am 7 wks +5,6 days. I went and got bloods at 5w+ and 6wks. they were 1658 and then 3816. I have seen some other number alot lower them this at this gestation. I am 35 will be 36 when baby is born. I was wondering if those number are the possibility for twins? Seems I have alot stacked up against me for twins lol. My grandmother had twins, but lost one. I am 35 or older, overweight, have had dreams about twins since preggers, my kids have said it, my husband said it once, but then retracted it cause I don't think he would want twins lol. And I bought something baby related from someone I didn't know and she said something about twins.

Plus I don't know if anyone has ever done this, but take a real necklace and a real ring and hold it over your belly if it circles its a girl, if it goes in a straight line its a boy. I love this method, it has always been right for me. I get a circle then a line haha.

What are the odds???

They are more than doubling so a possibilty. Hope you get twin beans

I'm not sure on the numbers hon but they are nice and high! I think it would be awesome to have twins!

I don't think it's the actual numbers that count more that they are doubling...or almost doubling. I think once you get past the 8 week mark hcg testing is less reliable as the placenta takes over and numbers won't double go up by around 65%.
FYI, mine at 5+4 was 15822!!! I actually went on to miscarry but they were convinced it was twins (none in my family) or I was further on (I wasn't!!). So it just shows you the numbers themselves don't really matter at all
