Nurse said my blood pressure was great repeatedly so I didn't think anything of it at the time. It was 104/57. At my 24 week, it was 113/74. I normally hang around that range. I imagine the gyn would have said something if it was concerning, but it's odd to me given that my bp has always been so consistently 110ish/70ish then it dropped today. But I'm also the person who doesn't even know what those numbers mean

Those are good numbers. Under 120/80 is good.

The first number is the pressure during a contraction of the heart, it changes with variables like activity, eating, smoking, stress, etc.

The second number is between contractions of the heart, it is less variable and usually more concerning if it is high.

Don't worry totally normal. It also fluctuates a LOT. Anything below 90/60 can be considered 'too' low, but is generally only a problem if you get dizzy etc.
I only know this because my blood pressure is always around 90/60 or somewhat below (not pregnant and pregnant, normally) and have been told this numerous times by different doctors (and for me it's fine, don't have symptoms like dizziness normally)

Ty! Not dizzy just much more tired these last two weeks. Everything acccchhhheeees lol
