blood test results

I had a general blood test last week and my doc called me today to go back in! Was very worried.. she said all my levels are good but my white blood cell count is showing I have a viral infection.. last week when I went she checked my ears and I said I did have some pressure around my sinuses and blocked ears occasionally and she said she could see I had an ear infection.. so she told me today thats what might have come up on my blood results my ear infection! Having another test in 2 days to check the levels have decreased! Still cant help but worry it might b harmful to our little one!! Anyone else had something similar happen to them? I have had no other symptoms!! Weird?!!! Im 24 weeks today xx
