blurry avatar pic/unable to upload from phone

I tried updating my avatar, and it looks blurry! Even when I tried going back to the original non blurry picture, even that looks blurry now.

I also got an error message when I tried to upload a picture directly from my phone instead of my desktop. It said that my submission could not be processed because a security token was missing and to contact an admin.

I'm not touching my profile pic now because I don't want that to be blurry.

Error will be down to file size and needs resized with a decent app/program.
