BLW - Help with cooking, hubby cooks in our house!

Hi, for those who follow BLW, is there anyone that isn't the main cook in the house?

My hubby has always cooked our meals. Its what works in our house, he cooks, I clean up his mess (!) and wash the dishes!!

However, now we have started feeding Lexi, I am finding that I will need to do more cooking and food prep.

Can anyone that didn't cook before tell me how they got on. I'm not very knowledgable about food so only ever cook the basics.

I really want Lexi to have the right diet and find it a little scary that I have that responsibility now!! Milk was so easy, lol xx

Ooh lucky you! I wish my OH cooked!

I do cook, but I never do anything for Ruby and I to share that requires any sort of skill level. Simple food is good! We eat breakfast, lunch and a snack together (although the snack is her dinner) and OH and I eat dinner when Ruby is in bed. We have jacket potatoes / sweet potatoes, roasted veg (literally just chop into suitable sized pieces and cook until tender) cheese or avocado on toast, fruit, etc.
