I had this mattress made to order in England, we bought it for a cot but ended up co-sleeping so its brand spanking new and still in it's sealed bag. 
£11 including postage and fees.

Its 41cm wide x 84cm long x 4cm depth.
Manufactured using a non-allergenic CMHR 25 density foam.
The head section is ventilated which aids the circulation or air around baby's head and also allows the drainage of any fluids/liquids (sick), particularly where newborn babies are concerned.
The head section is covered with polyester tricot mesh, the rest of the mattress is covered with a non-toxic, easy wipe-down, hygenic & waterproof PVC.
This mattress is manufactured without the use of any antimony, phospherous, arsenic, barium, lead or other nasty fire-re,tardent chemicals.
This mattress offers firm support and comfort.
Complies with the rigorous requirements of BS 1877 Part 10 for safety and performance and BS 7177 for flammability.
