body shop scrub / exfoliating?

Has anyone used this?

I'm an exfoliating newbie and want to start a bit of a skincare regime for before we go away to Turkey next year and in time for my wedding in 2013

Has anyone got any tips?

I use Soap and Glory's ''Flake Away'' body scrub. It has sugar, apricot seeds, grapeseed oil, shea butter... It smells delicious and does a great job of exfoliating - especially coupled with an exfoliating mitt. A large tub is around £6 and a small tub is 2 or £3 in Boots.

theres a great exfolitating salt scrub in asda, think it was £8 but u get alot and it really works. also for my face i use boots own vitamin e exfolating face scrub. it also tends to be on offer too and its great.

i have very dry skin due to eczema and this really helps
