Ok so like nearly all new mums I am embarking on a weight loss challenge!!!
My aim: to get back to my pre preg weight of 68 kilos
My current weight: 91kilos
My method: rosemary conley gi diet
My exercise: walking building up to running& cycling when I am over my c section
My reasons: to be happy with my body, to have a wider selection of clothes rather than just leggings and massive tops, & to feel healthy & energized
My weigh in day: Monday

nice one! u need to add thos piccies! we can do it! Whats the conversion to lbs tho!? We can also go swimming with Emma that will help! the leisure centre not puddle ducks! xx

current feeling: motivated
 
my current feeling- full! whoops had a burger king with strawberry milkshake and then carrot cake and custard when we got home. :nope:

So apart from feeling motivated, how have u done 2day?

Oh dear !!! I did well yesterday, no rubbish foods! Going to my mum & dads for dinner today though so I will have to b strong cause you've seen the yummy food my dad makes ( aswell as the wierd food). Good luck today xx
 
Ooo nice i bet yr dad makes something well tasty! Hopw uve done better than me today! x
