Boob question

Had my babygirl on Friday and my milk has come in today. We're formula feeding and I was just wondering how long (generally) it takes for milk to dry up? I seem to have forgotten all the post partum joys from my first and these boobs are agony!

I'm doing the tight bra cabbage leaf thing & taking paracetamol & ibuprofen when the pain is at its worse.

Takes a week or so to completely go but I was only in real pain and them being full and rock hard etc for 2-3 days so hang in there!!

The leaking I can cope with it's the pain that I'm struggling with! It's literally like I've just had 2 boulders stuck to me
