is t normal that my boobs only feel full and heavy in the morning xxx

Mine do too - your milk production is highest overnight, so there will be more there in the morning, but that doesn't mean that you won't have enough the rest of the day x

thanks i was wondering if i had enough for the rest of the day x

Completely normal. Your body is more efficient at producing milk overnight, and most woman have more milk in the morning. This can make it a great time to pump as well if you are looking to build up a milk store a bit.

However, you will still have totally adequate supplies for your LO throughout the day.....its just a bit more on demand at that point!

This is an interesting read, if you want to understand the mechanics of emptying and filling!

Edited to Add: Sorry, Sam's Mum....you beat me to it! Think we've done that b4!

Yup second what has already been said, it's very normal ad your breast regulate themselves and baby begins to sleep through the night.
