Posting a new thread as didn't want to change the direction of Paula's thread. I have just tried your experiment with another test area touching the test area of a superdrug test, i used a predictor test which I did an hour ago both tests BFN but the each end of test strip still wet.
Superdrug test is now showing a BFP - Pink as well but very thin. Not quite as dark as in your photos but very noticable. Took a couple of mins to come up but was quite amazed when it appeared before my eyes, leaving it to develop a bit more and then I'll post pictures.
