Boss wants to close business !! Where do i stand?

Hiiii

Im currently 30 weeks pregnant and due to start maternity leave at 39weeks on the 19/11/12

I work for a very small company (I was the only employee until recently when my maternity cover started a few weeks ago, who is a friend of my bosses and on a much higher wage )
recently my boss has been talking about closing the business as he is in debt, where do i stand financially and legally if he decides to close before or during my maternity leave????

If he closes the business then you would be classed as redundant. You're far enough along that you will qualify for SMP for the full 39 week period. You're also entitled to any redundancy pay you qualify for.

reassuring to know id be entitled to atleast statuatory mat pay.
iv only been on the books since january so wouldn't be entitled to redundancy (iv worked here 2 years this month but i left for a month last year)
