Bottle and teat help

I'm really struggling with my DS he's nearly 8 months and has Dr Browns but I hate cleaning them they're getting to be a pain and hes "inbetween" teat sizes. He won't really accept any other teat tried MAM, Avent (natural and classic), TT CTN and being between teat sizes means its either too slower too fast do I persevere with one of the others like MAM? He has a tongue tie which doesn't help much with feeding either

do dr browns do variflow?
i know TOMMEE TIPPEE do. we used those for LO was much easier x

Have you tried NUK? My son had tongue tie and they were the only ones he could take before they cut it. Also they do 0-6 and 6-12 teat sizes so may work better for your LO? X

My son has a tongue tie and we use Nuk. They are brilliant
