Bottle refusal! Trying to switch from breastfeeding...

Hi all

I'm currently trying to wean my nearly 6 month old LO from breastfeeding as I'm going back to uni next month and I certainly won't have time to study, work and express :nope: So I'm accepting that our breastfeeding journey needs to come to an end.

I've been trying different bottles, sippy cups, syringe feeding :dohh: She took 3oz last night after switching her dummy with her bottle and I managed to get her to take 3oz earlier by swapping from the breast but this afternoon nothing worked.

I really thought I'd cracked it earlier but now I know I'm no where near.

Please help someone... I'm getting so stressed about it all. I know I could continue feeding at night but I don't think it's for me. I'll be studying quite a lot at night so I could do with being able to let OH take over if I need him.

Thanks in advance x

Have you tried MAM bottles? They have an unusual shaped teat that a lot of babies seem to get on with. They are self sterilising too, which is a bonus. I tried every bottle on the market with Holly, and they were the only ones she liked.

My lo refused everything too. Order an Adiri nurser. He took it right away

I have the same issue then tried vital baby bottles and she took to them better. You can buy from Amazon x
