Boy or girl?

Hi! I am 12 weeks pregnant, an am wondering if anyone has had success with nub/skull theory or heart rate. I had an ultrasound tidy, heart rate was 160 but tech said she would be surprised if its not a boy...I'm trying to include a pic, hope it works! Any thoughts?
