Boys Bedrooms

We are currently renovating our house and am looking for ideas of how to do our lb's bedroom. Riley will be 3 in December and we're thinking of a Disney Cars theme. Please can I see photos of your boy's bedrooms xx

I look at Aspace for inspiration. We will be doing little ones big boy room soon but I won't be picking a theme. I want to keep it fairly plainish x

Iv just redone our boys bedroom so DS2 could move into it with DS1. It's pretty plain but is by far my most favourite room in the house right now...

Ds1 has the robots theme from John Lewis, the colours are navy, grey, lime and a teal blue. He has the grey cheapy sofa from ikea and stripey curtains from the John Lewis range. He has robot stickers on the wall so I could change it easily if I wanted.
Ds2 has just been done his is a boats theme with one wall blue and the rest cream, boat wall stickers. His is the box room so I've not gone too mad.
I'll try and get pictures x

I'm glad you remember it I love it. We didn't go the traditional blue. One problem.. My son's recently (though he still likes it) decided he prefers frozen to cars.. hahaha ><

Haha, we've done Fin's in a cowboy theme (only bedding, curtains, door hooks so far) He's 3 and a half now and last year he was into mainly Cars, Fireman Sam and Postman Pat but now it's all Spider-Man, Scooby Doo, Batman, TMNT. I had no idea he even knew who Batman was and didn't think he'd be into all that until about 5 years old.

His imagination is running wild at the mo and you get a good telling off if you accidentally call him someone different to who he thinks he is at that time x

We are going for a nautical theme for the boys when we move in to the new house.
I've bought a sailing boat, lighthouse, a life ring, a gorgeous large multi photo frame, a couple of other nautical photo frames, bunting & getting the curtains & duvets from amazon, dont know how to do the walls though

When my youngest was in his own room he had a nautical theme, we had navy stripes on one wall as a feature wall and then the other walls just plain white with nautical themed bunting going round the top. as it was a small room so didn't want it to end up too dark, If it had been larger I may have done the wall opposite the stripes in navy. xx
