ever since i met my husband 5 years ago, we always said we'd call our firstboy Charlie.

But now theres that many of them we're sort of going off the idea! :(
one of our friends had a baby last saturday and called it Charlie too!lol

I then loved Ashton, and my best mates husband brought it up in conversation on friday! (theyre having a baby 6 weeks before us)

hubby likes Alfie but im not so sure!!

we want something thats nice, not too traditional and that when they start school there wont be 20 of them in one class lol :D

i hope the scan on wednesday says we're having a girl so we can have our Alexa:hugs: :cloud9: or Ashley :D

I'm loving the name Edward at the moment...I think it sounds really cute shortened to Eddie :)

Tobias - shortened to Toby? That was on my boy list...but I would skipped the Tobias but and just registered as Toby!

I think both of those names are cute for little boys but sound just as good as your son gets older...it suits teenage, middle aged and old man years IMO!! And I'd say both are along the same lines as Charlie and Alfie xx

Oh....good luck with your scan!! Keep us updated on the colour :)

If you're stuck for names you should look at that "what would you call your octuplets" thread. Lots of different boy names in there :D

We have a Charlie, We never planned on calling him Charlie before we found out his sex! it was always if its a boy Alfie, then just out of no ware Charlie came about and boy does he suit it! theres no other name that he could be called really, i dont know any other kids IRL called charlie other than the little girl next door too us, it is a common name now, but i didnt know at the time! Not that it would have changed my mind theres always going to be somone with the same name no matter what there called. Anyway We're calling this little Man Harry, But other Names i like are Oliver an George!

Looks like it's going to be Alexa or Ashley now... :D
