Well 11 days late but my son is finally here.
Waters broke on 10th feb at 1.30 baby they saw at hospital that baby had done a poo.
Befor I knew it i was in a delivery room getting high as a kite on gas and air singing with my mum and OH and phoning people giggling down the phone.
Suddenly my BP was at a ridiculous level and babies heart rate kept dipping. I was put on a drip to speed things up. By 3.30am I was screaming that I hetaed my mum and OH and calling doctors all the names under the sun because tehy had to take my gas and air off me because was too high to push. The baby was in huge distress so they were prepping emergency theatre for me untul I screamed I needed to push and they realsied I had suddenly shot from 6cm to 10cm.
Had to push out my 8lb 15oz baby with no pain relief at 4.10am. Ended up with an epiostomy and a graze but it was all worth it.
