braxton hicks????

hey girls just wanted ta know how you know if you are having braxton hicks..

i am getting really bad period pain like pains like every 5 mins and they last like 2 mins also im getting real bad lowr back pain..

what do you think it is caus it hurts and its annoying so let me know please..xx

Lay on your left side and drink a glass or two of water.

If they go away, then they were Braxton Hicks. If they don't? You need to head to the hospital hon.

My BH felt like that, but it was constant and not paced like normal contractions. If they don't go away after laying and drinking I'd go to the hospital to make sure you're not having preterm labor.
