Breakfast/Lunch & Tea what do you give your LO?

I have recently been giving my LO his first tastes but now im thinking about different meals i can offer him for breakfast...lunch and tea?!

What does your LO eat and when? Just so i get a fair idea what to do

Iv already bought tins just incase i need more variety xxx

Breakfast is usually at 7am he gets Mixed cereal with fruit in it
Lunch is always around 1pm and he gets fruit or a yogurt
Then around 3pm he gets a rusk or cheese
and at supper which is around 6 pm he gets a meal ( veg & meat )

Breakfast is about 9... he usually has ready brek, fromage frais or baby cereal and a beaker with water in

Lunch is 130 and he has toast or scrambled egg or a jar of food if we're ut

Tea time is about 630 and he'll have whatever we're having unless its unsutable but its usually vegetables or pasta

Its really hard trying to think of new food to give them

he can have scrambled eggs at 6 months? I thought it was only in the jars lol gee its complicated lol

I think as long as its made with full fat milk?

HV said they can have pretty much anything apart from salt, sugar, honey and citrus fruits.
