breaking waters to induce labour :D

Hello everyone, just thought I'd make a quick update, iv been having some bad depression the last week and they have decided to induce me tonight, I'm 2cm dilated and very thinned out (midwife said she could feel babys head,in the sack,) so I was just wondering if anyone else has had there waters broken for them and how long afterwards did u start contracting and welcome little one into this world xx

I had to go through cervidil, and pitocin when they broke mine but the contractions got a million times worse for me and I had her about two hours later! Congratulations and good luck!

Mine weren't broken for me but they went on their own and I got contractions an hour later 4/5 minutes apart and he was born 38 hours after my waters broke. Good luck!
