I pumped at 9am and had it in my changebag (till about 1pm) for incase he needed it while I was getting my haircut for OH to do..but he didn't need it.. Can I put in the fridge for later or not? xx (it's currently in the fridge since 1pm)

I think I've heard it's two hours at room temperature? Dont quote me on that though. I would most probably get rid I think :( for me personally xxx

It's 4-8 hours at room temperature.

I'd go ahead and use it pretty soon though. You don't get 4-8 hrs room temp + 3-8 days in the fridge. If you did 4 hours room temp, I would say 1.5-4 days in the fridge, tops.

I think I'll just get rid, thank you for the link :) I can't bare pouring it away :haha: OH has to do it for me

Yeah, with a 2 week old I would be more careful.

If it were me, I'd totally save it. But my LO's over a year old and I don't worry so much about his milk. When he was a little newborn I was super careful though.

Yes defiantly! I'm totally clueless with expressing

Thank you xxx
