Breast pump question

Currently I express once a day in the morning so I wash and sterilise my pump and parts before doing this but I'm looking to start expressing once or twice more throughout the day to start building a freezer stash now that feeding is established.

My question is do you wash and sterilise the breast pump parts before each pumping session or can I sterilise the parts once a day and just rinse before and after each use through the rest of the day?

I use my pump then stick it in the fridge until the next time I use it at work, then wash and sterilise once I get home on the evening x
