breastfeeding hurts now with teething!!!

I need some advice ladies! My daughter is ten months now and she is going through teething non stop! It is one after the other with no breaks for her. The problem is thar since her top teeth cut through, they have been scratching my nipples as she nurses. I tried different positions but it still hurts, and now i have wounds! What can i do? Has anyone gone through this?
