My 9 month old son is still wanting to breastfeed to sleep, and have nap times in my arms! I love every second of it. But I am starting to panic because I'll be returning to work soon. It'll only be part-time, but he'll be at a small dayhome 2-3 days a week. How will he ever nap there?! Will he learn that he has to nap in a crib and fall asleep on his own? Or do I need to 'train' him to do this before starting there? We've been following attachment parenting for the most part. I've never tried any sleep training with him yet. Anyone else face this situation? Looking for encouragement and any helpful suggestions!

I need to start on this soon with dd2 as well. With dd1 I started trying to lay her in her crib whenever I could for nap times or laid in bed with her and slipped back out. We started rocking her first with DF helping when he was home. Then we moved to patting her back and sitting with her until she fell asleep.
