Hi i have had a horrid sickness type bug the last few days with bad tummy cramps. My little boy is now 6 weeks old and he feeds a lot and already weighs over 12lb. At the moment i cant keep much down and last night and this morning he has been really fussy and crying lots and wont settle. Im worried my supply is low. Once im better will my supply go back to normal? Thanks x

Hi, I had a sick bug and I found LO did want to feed more often as I think my supply was low, I just kept feeding and also eating ice chips (only thing that stayed down) and my supply seemed to get back to normal a couple of days after I was better

Yes, just keep feeding. It might take a couple of days but your supply will be back to normal in no time. It is horrible though, try and get as much fluid in you as you can xx
