Okay so I pump 3x a day at work. Between pumpings, I put the parts back in the fridge all set up. Well after my second pumping, I forgot and left them out in my bag! So they were at room temp for 3 hours. I am now using them to pump again (because I have no means to wash them). Surely it's fine, right?

I know, logically, it should be fine. I'm feeding this milk to an 18 month old toddler too, so it isn't like he doesn't eat off the floor.

Can someone reassure me?

Okay and it's just the tiny tiny bit that was left in droplets on the pump parts. I'm sure the antibodies in the fresh milk I'm pumping will keep it okay.

I have a magnet from my medela pump it says 4-6 hours at room temp. I think you're good!
