On my chest! It's so itchy and I'm trying not to scratch it

It's kind of fading now LOL. Was probably a heat rash. Over-reaction maybe

Have you tried putting lotion on it? I get terrible cold rashes in the winter and lotion seems to do the trick, though it stings quite a bit at first.
