brown discharge at 35 weeks?

Hi, I rarely post on here but I need your opinions please

When I went to the bathroom yesterday, I noticed brown discharge in my pantyliner but nothing when I wiped

sorry if tmi, but when I put on a fresh pantyliner, there was also a 'glob' of brown discharge when I went to the bathroom after that...it kind of looks like the end of a period, like old blood it is still there everytime I change pantyliners....

I have also got this very painful feeling that some women on here described as 'bruised vagina' and it just hurts with every movement....I'll see my dr on wednesday and was wondering if any of you ladies had similar discharge before 37 weeks and if it was just parts of the mucous plug coming off and to just 'ignore' it

Just seen this. I have also had brown discharge since yesterday and it seems to be easing now. Like you, there wasn't a lot either. If it's brown, I think it's fine. I have had a chest infection and been coughing a lot so some things I read on the internet suggested that coughing hard might have irritated my cervix a little. Alternatively, it is a bit of mucous plug coming away.

hmm the mucus bit could be classed as a show IMO is the discharge smelly or anything? id (very charming i know) but call the MW, explain the situ and take a pantyliner with said discharge in so they can take a look,just to double check, and as for that bruised vagina feeling,god it kills, im struggling to walk because of it and sometimes it makes my arse go numb too lol, give the MW a buzz bab, hope all goes well GL xx

I had brown discharge at 25 weeks (happened for 2 days) when to the hospital for it but they didn't seem concerned etc since I wasn't having any contractions or any other signs of preterm labor. I'm now at 29 weeks and haven't had any since.
