Brown once when I wiped this morning and some soreness around belly

Oh my Gosh sorry guys this is my first pregnancy so I am paranoid about everything. But has anyone had this? I have been having soreness around my belly. It does not so much hurt as it is annoying. It comes and goes and is not always there. I have been having some gas at the same time. I feel like i need to pass gas but I cant and Idont want to strain. (sorry if thats tmi) but anyway this morning I woke up and peed and when i wiped there was a tiny bit of brown. In fact I had to strain to notice it was brown. But I have checked since and it hasnt happened. Does this sound normal or should I bother my nurse again for the 7th time in 5 days. I had a transvaginal scan on Saturday and the baby was fine......had a sac yoke and embryo. Measures well at 8w and 4 days. Its heartbeat was 161. Could the pain and stain come from the transvag?

Could the brown maybe be dark urine? You might have a uti?

If its blood, I had unexplained brown bleeding for 5 days at 8w. Everything is fine and still no explanation. You should let your midwife know though.

I had similar with my son, the doctor explained that this is the baby growing and nestling in securely. I had a transvaginal scan and everything was fine. My baby is now 12 weeks old.

If you have concerns get checked out but where possible try and relax and think positively as otherwise you will not enjoy your pregnancy.

I had brown spotting (and also a tiny bit of bright red) for about 2-2.5 weeks in my early first trimester. I wouldn't worry about it unless you had a lot of it or bright red blood with cramping

Im having the same problem this morning. I had dark blood but its light and now vanishing.
This is my 2nd pregnancy. I MC with my first. Decided to come straight to the ER. Have taken blood & urine tests. Waiting for results & for doctor now.

I am okay. It was just that once and it was very little the soreness went away too. I am having small stomach twinges but everything seems to be fine. Thanks Guys. Scorpio 23 I hope everything is okay with you.

Hcg beta is 110,000 cant have U/S until Fri morning.
Drs think everything is ok but on my discharge papers theyve ruled a threatened MC.
I will pray for us all.

Hi Scorpio23

My bleeding was at 6 weeks and it was also ruled a threatened miscarriage. I think this is standard for any bleeding early in pregnancy. If you've had a scan which shows everything is ok then try not to worry - I know it's hard especially with having miscarried previously.

DH and I are doing our best to remain positive.
